Dr. Kesavan Markkandan is a genomics scientist, entrepreneur, and innovator with over 20 years of experience in biotechnology, genomics, bioinformatics, precision medicine, and agricultural biotechnology. He holds a Ph.D. in Crop Science and Biotechnology from Seoul National University, South Korea, and has held leadership roles at New England Biolabs, Theragen, InsilicoGen, and Oneomics Korea. As CEO and Co-Founder of ONEOMICS Private Limited, he leads the company's vision, innovation, and global expansion initiatives. Dr. Kesavan has authored 42 scientific publications, contributed a book chapter, and holds five patents, driving impactful advancements in genomics and biotechnology. 

Elavarasi Balasubramanian is the Chief Financial Officer and Founder of ONEOMICS, bringing expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and business operations. She holds an M.Sc. in Plant Pathology and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Annamalai University, India. Since co-founding ONEOMICS in 2020, she has played a key role in driving the company's growth, financial governance, and strategic partnerships. She is also the Co-Founder of VETGENETIX and Director of ASEAN Hybrid Seeds. Previously, she served as a Research Fellow at Seoul National University, South Korea, gaining valuable international research experience in biotechnology and agricultural sciences. 

Dr. S. Brindha is a researcher, academician, and technology leader with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, and healthcare analytics. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from MZU, specializing in machine learning applications for healthcare, particularly cancer genomics. With over 10 years of experience in academia and industry across India and overseas, she has contributed extensively to research, innovation, and technology development. As a Director of ONEOMICS, Dr. Brindha provides strategic leadership in Bio-IT and AI-driven initiatives, supporting the development of advanced genomics platforms, precision medicine solutions, and bioinformatics tools. 

Dr. Suresh Poosala is a distinguished biomedical scientist, entrepreneur, investor, and translational research leader with expertise in biotechnology, oncology, longevity science, regenerative medicine, and healthcare innovation. As a Director of ONEOMICS, he provides strategic leadership in advancing genomics, precision medicine, and Bio-IT initiatives. With extensive experience in global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research organizations, he has successfully bridged scientific discovery and commercial innovation. A passionate entrepreneur and angel investor, Dr. Poosala actively mentors startups and supports deep-tech ventures. His vision, leadership, and strong industry network continue to drive ONEOMICS' growth, innovation, and global expansion in genomics and healthcare technologies. 

Gowrishankar Jaganathan is a biotechnology professional specializing in genomics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), bioinformatics, and business development. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and holds an M.Tech in Biotechnology from Jeppiaar Engineering College, and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. As Team Leader – NGS Sales at ONEOMICS, he leads business development and customer engagement initiatives for genomics and sequencing services. Since joining ONEOMICS in 2021, he has played a key role in expanding strategic partnerships and market presence. His scientific expertise and commercial acumen help bridge innovation and customer needs, supporting the growth of precision genomics solutions.

Dr. Srinivasan Mahalingam is a scientist and biotechnology professional with expertise in animal biotechnology, molecular diagnostics, genomics, and translational research. He holds a Ph.D. in Animal Science (Interdisciplinary in Animal Biotechnology), an M.Sc. in Animal Biotechnology, and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Bharathidasan University.

As Regional Sales Manager – Clinical & Molecular Diagnostics at ONEOMICS, he drives business growth and promotes advanced genomics, molecular diagnostics, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) solutions. Prior to joining ONEOMICS, he served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Missouri, USA, and NIANP, Bengaluru. His strong scientific background and industry expertise support ONEOMICS' mission of advancing precision healthcare and genomics-driven diagnostic solutions.

Keerthiga Jothi is a biotechnology professional specializing in genomics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and technical sales. She holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Biotechnology from SASTRA Deemed to be University. Since joining ONEOMICS  in 2025, she has been actively involved in promoting NGS services, genomics products, and advanced molecular biology solutions. Working closely with the genomics and bioinformatics teams, she provides technical support, identifies customer requirements, and delivers customized solutions to researchers, academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and biotechnology companies.

Keerthiga plays an important role in expanding ONEOMICS' market reach and strengthening customer relationships. 

Dr. Minjin Kim is a highly accomplished life sciences professional with expertise in biotechnology, genomics, and international business development. She holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea, one of Asia's leading research institutions. As Team Manager – Sales (South Korea Region) at ONEOMICS, Dr. Kim leads business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement activities across South Korea. She works closely with academic institutions, biotechnology companies, clinical laboratories, and research organizations to promote advanced genomics, bioinformatics, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) solutions. She plays a key role in expanding ONEOMICS' global footprint, strengthening international collaborations, and supporting the company's vision of becoming a leading provider of genomics, precision medicine, and Bio-IT solutions worldwide.

Sowmya Pulapet is a bioinformatics professional with expertise in genomics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), computational biology, and biological data analysis. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Biotechnology and holds an M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Sri Krishna Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Mercy College, Kerala. As Team Lead – Bioinformatics at ONEOMICS, she leads a multidisciplinary team focused on genomic data analysis, bioinformatics pipeline development, variant interpretation, microbiome research, and multi-omics applications. Since joining ONEOMICS in 2022, she has played a key role in developing advanced analytical workflows, integrating AI-driven tools, and delivering high-quality genomics solutions. Her leadership, technical expertise, and passion for innovation contribute significantly to advancing precision medicine, healthcare, agriculture, and biotechnology research. 

Rachanaa Raja is a bioinformatics professional specializing in genomics, computational biology, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. and holds an M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Anna University (BIT Campus), and a B.Tech. in Bioinformatics from SASTRA Deemed to be University. As a Bioinformatician at ONEOMICS Private Limited since 2025, she contributes to genomic data analysis, variant interpretation, microbiome studies, and bioinformatics workflow development. Previously, she worked as a Junior Bioinformatics Programmer at Genome International India, gaining valuable experience in NGS technologies and pipeline development. Passionate about genomics and computational biology, Rachanaa is dedicated to transforming complex biological data into meaningful insights that support scientific discovery, precision medicine, and biotechnology innovation. 

Shivani Jambulingam is a bioinformatics professional with a strong foundation in genomics, computational biology, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies. She holds an Integrated M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from Bishop Heber College. As a Bioinformatician at ONEOMICS Private Limited since 2025, she is part of a dynamic bioinformatics team focused on genomic data analysis, NGS workflows, variant interpretation, and bioinformatics research. Passionate about genomics and computational biology, Shivani is committed to leveraging advanced bioinformatics tools and technologies to generate meaningful biological insights and contribute to scientific innovation. 

Farina Kifthiya is a software professional and Bio-IT specialist with expertise in software development, database management, laboratory informatics, and genomics data management. She holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, and a BCA (Computer Applications) from Jamal Mohamed College. As Team Lead – Bio-IT at ONEOMICS, she leads the development of innovative technology platforms supporting genomics, bioinformatics, and next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows. Her key contributions include the development of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, Integrated Analysis and Reporting Tools, Plant Genome Databases, and customized Bio-IT applications. With extensive experience in software engineering and life science informatics, Farina plays a crucial role in advancing digital transformation and supporting ONEOMICS' mission of delivering cutting-edge genomics and Bio-IT solutions.

Jenifer Frankline serves as the Admin at ONEOMICS, overseeing the organization's Finance and Human Resources functions. She plays a key role in managing day-to-day administrative operations, financial coordination, employee records, payroll support, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and statutory compliance.

With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she ensures the smooth execution of financial and HR processes while fostering a positive and efficient workplace. 

As an integral member of the ONEOMICS team, Jenifer helps build a productive work environment by aligning administrative efficiency with the company's mission of advancing innovation in genomics, diagnostics, and biotechnology.
